While I have always enjoyed photography, even as a little girl, having children fueled my passion for it. I wanted to capture every little thing they did. From their first smiles to their first tears. I felt that with one push of the shutter, time stood still and that perfect moment had been captured. A sweet moment that only exists once, but with a photograph, will last a lifetime.
Time does not stand still, so we should treasure every moment we have with our families. Our children grow up so quickly, and before you know it they are grown and gone. They are only little once in their lives. I believe we should preserve our family memories and what a great way to do it through photography!
As a mother of four, I take great joy in capturing the personalities of your children. Often, this is in the art of play. Sometimes these moments are sweet, and sometimes they are humorous, it’s all in the personality of your child. Sittings are unique and different, and can never be duplicated. This makes them all the more special.
I specialize in natural light photography and prefer the great outdoors as opposed to a cramped studio. My goal is to create lasting memories with every photo I take. I want you to love each photo as much as I love it. My approach to your photo session is a photojournalistic one. I prefer candid smiles and genuine laughs over forced smiles and uncomfortable looks. I am an "on location" photographer who will travel to wherever you need me!
